The reply was very interesting.

The reply is :

GRN is done by the educated operators sitting in the back office ( there is no tension ). But billing is such a complicated stage, The users are under graduate having minimum experience. The billing users has to go through very difficult situations like. 1. Not missing any items. 2. Managing the customer. 3. doing multiple task like checking the items, scanning etc.. 4. Collecting money. 5. Packing. 6. Handling the other customer who is waiting.

Shop reputation is based on billing user performance. So, compared to GRN part Sales part involves lot of risk. That is the reason, shop owners first see the flexibility in the software and must help the billing user for good performance.
